Split a PDF batch

One PDF holding several invoices? Scanee finds where each one starts and creates one document per invoice.

Step by step

1. 01

   Turn on splitting

   Open your project, then its settings. Scroll down to the Batch Scanning and Document Splitting section, and turn on document and PDF splitting. Save, then go back to the project.

   

2. 02

   Drop the batch

   Drop your batch: here, a single PDF that contains three invoices. Confirm the upload. The AI finds where each invoice starts and splits the file.

   

3. 03

   One document per invoice

   The batch is marked Split, and three documents appear, one per invoice.

   

4. 04

   Open a split document

   Open one: it only contains its own invoice, with its data already extracted. You can review and export it like any other document.
