Create a project with AI

Attach a sample invoice: Scanee's AI suggests every field to extract, which you adjust before creating the project.

Step by step

1. 01

   Name the new project

   Click Create a project. Give your project a name, then a short ID.

   

2. 02

   Attach a sample invoice

   Now choose the Detect with AI option. Attach a sample invoice with the Sample document button.

   

3. 03

   Let the AI detect the fields

   Click Detect Fields: the AI reads the invoice. In a few seconds, Scanee suggests every field to extract: the number, the vendor, the dates, all the way to taxes and total.

   

4. 04

   Adjust, then create

   You can adjust them, then click Create. Your project is ready, with custom fields for your invoices.
