By accessing the scanee.ai website or using Scanee's services, a product of Skillztank Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Description of Service
Scanee is an artificial intelligence platform designed for finance teams. It automates the reading and extraction of data from invoices and accounting documents, eliminating manual data entry and accelerating accounts payable processing.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when submitting forms
- Not use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Not attempt to compromise the security of the site
- Not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit site content without authorization

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Montreal.
